Trusted Credit provides credit education and credit repair-related services only. We do not provide legal or financial advice and do not guarantee specific results, score increases, or deletions.
3. NO GUARANTEES
All outcomes depend on credit bureaus, creditors, and data furnishers. Results vary.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and use services lawfully.
5. PAYMENTS
Fees are disclosed in the Credit Repair Service Agreement. You authorize charges to the payment method on file.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by Trusted Credit and may not be used without permission.
7. PROHIBITED USES
Unauthorized access, misuse, or interference with services is prohibited.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusted Credit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trusted Credit from claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.
10. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in the State of California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.
11. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Trusted Credit is not responsible for third-party websites or content.
13. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
16. COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT
By providing your phone number or using our services, you consent to receive communications from Trusted Credit via email, phone, and SMS (text messages), including account updates, service notifications, and limited promotional content. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected]. Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your access to core services.
